Art Submissions
When sending artwork for consideration, please note our guidelines for submission as follows:
1. Do not send original artwork. Reproductions of any type will give us an idea of the painting's composition, color and subject matter. If we are interested in an image and need a hi-res file or transparency, we will call you with that request
2. Please edit your submission to an appropriate size and format. To expedite the reviewing process and allow multiple members of the review committee to view and consider your work, please edit the size of your submission to your best 25-50 images. If you believe you have more than 50 images worthy of consideration, please provide a website address where we can view your full portfolio.
3. We prefer to receive printed copies by mail or pdf files via email. Because we have several members of the Product Team reviewing art submissions, we still prefer printed art submissions or printable pdf files over individual jpegs sent via CD or email. If you send more than 3 images by e-mail make sure to place in a printable pdf file rather than attaching individual jpegs for ease in printing. Additionally, please make sure that your name appears on each page of the pdf file. A separate PDF file for everyday art and a separate one for holiday art is appreciated. If you send a submission on CD, please limit it to no more than 50 images. Due to time constraints we may not be able to review your submission if these guidelines are not met.
4. Please submit printed samples that do not need to be returned to you. If you would like to have your submission returned, please include a postage paid envelope. Submissions sent without self-addressed, postage paid envelopes will not be returned to you.
5. We do not provide critiques or feedback regarding art submissions or the selection process. If your artwork is selected for publication, you will be notified by telephone or email.
6. Please send your submission to the following address:
