Machine Operator- 2nd Shift

We are seeking a self-motivated, team-oriented individual to operate machines that batch/collate, score, fold, and convert envelopes, to maintain product inventory. This position rotates operating machines with other Machine Operators in our Post Press department. Box and package cards by hand as needed, assist with year-end inventory, clean and maintain work areas. This is a temp to possible direct hire position. Hours are M – F, 3:30 p.m. to midnight.

Previous work experience in a high speed production environment, assembly and machine operation experience preferred. Typical of a production environment, ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day, lift up to 35 pounds, and ability to perform repetitive work quickly and accurately.

HR Benefits Administrator

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Benefits Administrator to contribute to our success. The successful candidate will use demonstrated expertise in human resources and benefits to administer, audit, and implement company benefit programs. Activities will include educating and enrolling employees in benefits, writing or editing benefit materials, managing eligibility with benefit carriers, paying premium bills, maintaining spreadsheets and databases, loading and auditing benefits in HRIS system, monitoring claims expenses and activity, and assisting employees with claims and coverage questions. This individual will administer FMLA and other leaves, including consulting with managers and employees regarding leave issues, as well as other compliance activities. In addition, this individual will coordinate all employee activities, such as 9 Health Fair participation and Service Awards.

Interested? To qualify, you will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business, coupled with three years of professional level HR experience. We also require at least two years of benefit administration experience, strong analytical and spreadsheet skills, and expertise in oral and written communications with a variety of client groups. This individual is expected to be up-to-date on the regulatory environment, including PPACA, ERISA, and 401(k), and ensuring Company compliance, PHR/SPHR/CEBS certification(s) a plus. Strong computer skills with HRIS and carrier database systems necessary.

Position is full-time M-F.

Outbound Call Representative

This position, located in Gunbarrel, is focused on generating leads for our sales team by making outbound calls to businesses only. Our Call Center Representatives use call lists to contact business owners across the country, sharing product line information in order to determine legitimate prospective customer interest in our products.

This is a direct hire opportunity. Schedule is 7:00 am-3:30 pm or 7:30 am-4:00 pm Monday-Friday.

The successful candidate will have a comfort level with being on the phones a majority of the work day at a computer station with head-set. Must also possess the ability to work in a team environment, have a professional demeanor and telephone presence that is suitable for phone sales, be dependable and reliable in regards to work attendance, consistent in producing leads, possess basic math and computer skills including data entry, and have a typing speed of 35 wpm.
