SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, KEY ACCOUNTS

Help achieve the company's sales goals through key account selling and business development. Close new key accounts by working warm leads provided by Key Accounts Business Development Manager, Field Sales Managers, and others. Lay the foundation for long-term profitable relationships with new key accounts. Utilize phone, email and personal appointments in the most efficient and effective balance that maximizes the greatest sales results at the lowest possible cost. Coordinate with and provide regular feedback to CEO, CFO, National Field Sales Manager, and Director of Key Accounts.

The Senior Business Development Manager, Key Accounts will:

Develop and implement sales strategies for all prospects assigned. Recommend sales strategies and determine the best product mix for new customers based on customer needs, predicted sell-through, and profitability.

Coordinate profitable sales terms and contracts with CFO, Director of Key Accounts, and National Field Sales Manager.

Obtain necessary credit references and communicate closely with credit department.

Communicate frequently with all sales managers regarding details of service expectations, buyouts, set-ups, etc.

Accurately and completely maintain customer files by updating information and notes in the database.

Sell with integrity and practice ethical behavior in working with customers.

Communicate openly, professionally and courteously at all times with customers, sales team, and other Leanin' Tree departments.

Keep current on all product information, new products and promotions. Provide market feedback and information about competitors, including ideas for new and improved products.

Extensive overnight travel required, up to 75%

EDUCATION:
College degree or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 6 years sales and account management experience.
At least 2 years selling large accounts.
Telephone sales experience helpful.
Key account/multiple roof-top sales required.
Customer service experience preferred.
Trade show experience preferred.


TFO FINANCIAL ASSOCIATE

The TFO Financial Associate position supports the VP of TFO, Company Shareholders, and Board of Directors. This position is responsible for accounting activities for multiple entities, various tax-related duties, administrative duties such as filing, tracking and record-keeping, fine artwork database management, communication with banks, lenders, financial advisors, real estate advisors, attorneys, and accountants while maintaining absolute confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
-Managing accounting transactions including: AP/AR, reconciliations, statements, note amortizations, tracking life insurance, monthly, quarterly and annual accounting close for numerous entities, full accounting cycles, complex journal entries, income statements, balance sheets, cashflow projections, Sub-S and Trust accounting, complex tax basis accounting, and quarterly & annual income tax filings.
-Managing personal and business financial statements, ratios, and financial measurements.
-Producing reports and summaries including proofing/editing.
-Participating in department budgeting, expense reduction, efficiency and streamlining.
-Tracking and facilitating complex projects.
-Assisting with legal paperwork such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, Partnership Agreements, Trusts, and business contracts.
-Assisting VP in fulfilling trustee, executor and personal representative duties.
-Supporting the fine artwork collection and asset database/software, handle artwork pieces, photograph and document artwork, generate insurance readouts/submittals.
-Performing administrative duties including: restocking supplies, scheduling deliveries and pickups, bank deposits, scheduling meetings and meeting prep, taking notes, storing and maintaining filing systems, researching and producing data/reports to internal clients, maintaining memberships including processing of dues payments, processing mail, issuing invoices, copying & shredding.
-Updating and recording department procedures/task lists.
-Assisting with identity theft protection, and fraud detection and protection. Risk management and risk reduction techniques.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Excellent accounting and mathematical skills.
Proficient, fast, and accurate keyboarding, PC, and telecommunication skills.
High degree of accuracy and the ability to continuously self-proof/self-audit.
Excellent follow-through skills. Ability to finish all work completely, accurately, and on time.
Physical and electronic file structuring, file management, archiving skills.
Ability to multi-task, improvise, adapt and respond to internal client questions or problems as they arise, ability to work under deadline pressure and maintain focus with shifting priorities.
Good general essay writing and letter writing ability; compose/publish professional correspondence.
Current and valid Colorado Driver's License required and good driver history.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work alone or within a team to get results.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting or closely related major, along with significant related work experience. CPA a plus.

EXPERIENCE:
Four or more years of experience in a closely related field such as public accounting, general tax advisory, auditing, tax-related legal work, or forensic accounting.
Computerized accounting in a business structure with exposure to corporate filings and correspondence, project and time management, customer service techniques, and community relations. Successful candidate will have experience working directly with and in support of senior executives
